Nutritional Studies
I work hard to keep up with a wide variety of studies, especially in the nutritional realm. For over 25 years, natural healing treatments involving nutritional supports have been an important part of my way of helping my patients. Yes, skeletal alignment and nerve energy flow is an incredibly important part of what I focus upon, but I have over the years, found that when I use my natural nutrition focus, my patients get well in ways that go beyond just the spine and their pains.
If I do not go out of my way to apply this knowledge base that I've accumulated over the years, my patients will generally not have an alternative to their other doctors giving them a drug prescription. More and more people feel something is wrong with the constant drug commercials on their televisions, as they should be. America is getting brainwashed by the incessant repetition of them.
I'm here to help give you alternatives to them. Still, let me say here, that I do not treat diseases with any of my nutritional or herbal supports and recommendations, but instead focus upon strengthening the weaker, more tired and strained organs and other tissues that I may find in my testing with my patients.
As you will see there are nutritional answers to just about any health issue one might have. And there are very sensible proactive things you can do to maintain your health and vitality.
The following are just some of the scientific studies I have read and feel useful for people to see. I have put them into a set of categories to help you find ones that are relevant to you. My suggestion to you is to never give up on finding natural, wholesome ways to heal your body. As you might see from my website, I believe that it all comes down to drawing in a balanced, vibrant set of natural principles.
These natural principles exist as the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, fats, and the host of other complex biochemistries of life that is found in the foods we are meant to eat, the herbs we were meant to use when sick. Each week new scientific studies are telling us the power of polyphenols, flavonoids, and an assortment of other phytochemistries that fill the foods of a natural diet.
Never before in all of human history has there been so much great research showing the value of natural things in our diet. So, whether it be me, or another doctor, when you have a health issue and are tempted to go the drug route, I implore you to seek a doctor who has the passion and experience to apply the powerful biochemistries of Nature to you. The word doctor comes from docier, meaning to teach. Doctors are meant to teach us, particularly about what we need to do to regain health when it has been lost. Hopefully these studies will point you in the right way.
